Payment and Deposit Information
The principle of earnest money under Articles 248 and 249 of the Civil Code.

Non-defect scope of handmade variations
Silicone dolls are handmade products. The following situations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

- The subjective feelings and imagination differ from the perceived makeup, facial appearance, body proportions, and hand feel.
- The atmosphere or visual impression does not perfectly match the promotional photos.
USAGE & MAINTENANCE
Use with maintenance related
- Improper use, poor storage environment, accidental collision or scratches
- Damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods
- Wear and tear caused by failure to operate, transport, or maintain the product as recommended in the instruction manual.
- Natural aging, material changes, or normal wear and tear during normal use of the product.

照片客製頭雕製作說明
CUSTOM HEAD SCULPT · PRODUCTION NOTICE
照片客製頭雕係依客戶提供之人物照片、臉部特徵及相關參考資料進行人工建模與製作， 將以呈現參考人物之外觀特徵與整體相似感為製作方向。
由於照片屬於平面影像，實際製作則為立體頭雕，並會受到照片角度、光線、表情、畫質、 妝容、髮型，以及建模、雕刻、上妝與製作工藝等因素影響，因此成品與參考照片之間可能存在差異。
⚠ SIMILARITY NOTICE
客製頭雕以 「相似」為製作目標， 不提供亦不承諾任何特定相似度， 且 無法保證與照片人物達到 100% 完全一致。
REASONABLE VARIATIONS
客製製作之合理差異
- 五官比例、臉型、輪廓與細節存在些微差異
- 不同角度觀看時，與參考照片呈現不同視覺效果
- 膚色、妝容、眉型、唇色等存在合理色差
- 客戶對「像不像」、「神韻」、「表情」等主觀感受上的差異
- 因參考照片角度、畫質、光線或資料不足造成之還原限制
ORDER CONFIRMATION
客戶於 確認參考照片及客製需求，並同意開始製作後， 即表示已理解並接受上述客製製作特性。
主觀期待與瑕疵認定
成品不得僅以 「與想像不同」、「覺得不像」、「未達個人預期」或「未達 100% 還原」 等主觀因素，作為商品瑕疵、要求重新製作、退貨、換貨或退款之唯一依據。
IMAGE RIGHTS & AUTHORIZATION
客製照片使用與權利聲明
客戶提供照片、圖片或其他參考資料進行客製化製作時， 應自行確認其對所提供資料具有合法使用權限，或已取得相關權利人之必要同意。
客戶不得提供涉及違法、侵害他人肖像權、著作權、隱私權 或其他第三人權利之內容。
如因客戶提供之照片、圖片或其他資料而產生任何第三人權利爭議， 相關責任應由客戶自行處理；76DOLLSHOP 並得視情況拒絕接受或停止相關客製需求。
如對相似程度、照片條件或製作方式有特定要求，

Handling procedure when damage is discovered
