Step 1: Tell us your needs
Once you have decided on the character you want to customize, please contact the 76DOLLSHOP customization team immediately. Our professional staff will discuss your needs with you immediately. At this stage, please provide us with multiple (at least 5) images and multiple angles of the character you want to customize.
These images will be provided to the silicone doll maker, who will ultimately decide on a single-image panorama as the custom version.
Note: Customization generally focuses primarily on the head, as the body parts do not have detailed size proportions. Therefore, to avoid excessive differences, it is not recommended to customize it; you can simply choose an existing body type that is closer in size and purchase it directly.
Step 2: Confirm the manufacturer's quotation and order
Currently, generally speaking, customizing the head and selecting an existing body style add up to a total cost of around100,000Left and right. If you consider the customization needs of the entire body, the overall price is approximately200,000The Yuan.
The head material is made of the highest-grade platinum silicone material available, providing a refined and perfect finish. The body material can be chosen from more comfortable tpe or silicone materials.
After the manufacturer confirms the quotation, we will begin the head mud carving process.
Please note: A non-refundable deposit of 50,000 yuan will be charged for the clay sculpture portion; this fee will not be refunded.
Step 3: 3D mold production and confirmation (about 1 month)
At this time, the figurine sculptor will start carving the portrait based on your pictures. The overall time is about 1 month. After completion, you will be able to view the pictures and make any adjustments you wish free of charge for up to 3 times before we are satisfied.
Once you confirm there are no problems, we will charge the remaining amount and start making the doll molds.
Step 4: The finished product is ready
(Time: about 1 month)
After the mold is completed, the silicone doll’s head is then molded. The resulting head is semi-finished; that is, it has not yet undergone any finishing work such as eye makeup, eyebrow transplantation, or body skin texture application.
Only then will the complete head model be produced to create your final finished product.

After the head carving is completed, the doll making process begins.
Step 5: Quality inspection and shipment
When manufacturers complete custom doll customization, 76DOLLSHOP will assist our customers in confirming product details through rigorous quality control; and at the same time, we will confirm the final product specifications with the customer and fine-tune any details.
Once we confirm there are no problems, we will send your Eva to your home via our dedicated driver.
